How it works

Scope once. Ship working. Extend when it pays.

Every project has a written scope, a fixed price, and a clear definition of done. New features are quoted separately.

Upgrade only when it pays

Commercial model

Why operators choose a one-off build.

  • Fixed price to an agreed done standard
  • You keep the tool — not a seat rental
  • No forced SaaS roadmap
  • Works with software you already pay for
  • Human review where trust matters
  • Upgrades only when you request them

We’re probably not the right fit if

  • You want an off-the-shelf SaaS subscription
  • You need a large enterprise transformation
  • The workflow isn’t clearly defined yet
  • Success can’t be measured in ops terms

Case study

Vector Flow — proof we ship ops software.

A hire business needed quoting, inventory, dispatch, and customer communication in one operational workflow. We built a custom system that replaced multiple disconnected tools.

Challenge

Quotes, inventory buffers, dispatch runs, and customer email lived across spreadsheets and separate tools.

Build

Custom hire/rental ops system: interactive quotes, inventory, calendar logistics, dispatch, customer records, and an embedded ops assistant.

Outcome

One operational workflow from quote to return — used as proof of craft for Hyper Vector custom builds, not a required SaaS seat for every client.

CASE STUDY

Vector Flow

Hire and rental operations — quote to return.

Need something like this for your yard or a different niche? That is a scoped one-off Hyper Vector project.

  • Orders, quotes & contracts
  • Interactive web quotes
  • Calendar & logistics buffers
  • Dispatch runs & pickups
  • Inventory, bundles & downtime
  • Customer records
  • Suburb / region tagging
  • Workspace email inbox

Outcomes

Built for measurable ops wins.

Every project starts from a before/after metric you care about — hours saved, fewer missed leads, cleaner handoffs — not AI theatre.

Lead ops

Cleaner deals prepared for sales.

After-hours enquiries get a structured first response; missing details are collected; sales gets a handoff ready to work.

  • Replies within minutes
  • Complete lead briefs
  • Fewer follow-up calls

Operations

Copy-paste removed from the middle.

Bookings, availability, and task lists stay in sync without another spreadsheet becoming the source of truth.

  • One source of truth
  • Fewer double entries
  • Less manual coordination

Document ops

Review time back to billable work.

A triage tool summarises incoming files, flags priority items, and keeps sources close — shipped as a finished deliverable.

  • Faster first-pass review
  • Human approval kept
  • Private data boundaries

Why custom software?

Generic SaaS almost fits. Enterprise is too expensive. Spreadsheets become critical infrastructure.

We build the missing software in between — tools that match how your operation already runs, at a one-off project price.

Written acceptance criteria before we build. You keep the software. New features later are upgrade quotes, not a seat tax.

What we refuse

No forced SaaS roadmap, no per-seat rental for software that should simply be yours, and no open-ended retainers disguised as delivery.

Who it’s for

Operator businesses — hire, logistics, field service, professional services, document-heavy teams — trapped between spreadsheets and expensive platforms.

Questions

Clear commercial answers first.

If the price, scope, and upgrade line are fuzzy, we are not ready to build.

Is this a SaaS subscription?

No. Hyper Vector’s public offer is one-off project builds: a fixed price for an agreed scope, delivered working to your acceptance criteria. Upgrades and new features are separate quotes when you ask for them.

What is included in the one-off price?

Everything in the written scope: the tool or integration, agreed connections, handoff docs, and defect fixes against that scope. Items marked as future upgrades are not included.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Usually not. We build around CRMs, inboxes, spreadsheets, booking systems, accounting, and ops tools you already pay for.

What about Vector Flow?

Vector Flow is an example of deep hire/rental ops software we have shipped. It proves craft. Most clients engage Hyper Vector for a custom one-off tool — not a mandatory platform seat.

How do upgrades work after delivery?

You request a change. We scope it, quote it, and build it as an extra service. There is no automatic retainer unless you choose optional care.

Is our business data safe?

We design least-privilege access, clear data boundaries, and human review for sensitive actions. Private business data is not used to train public models.

Start here

Get a fixed-price scope in 3 business days.

Tell us the workflow, the systems involved, and what “done” looks like. We’ll reply with a proposed scope, fixed project price, and what would be treated as future upgrade work.

Include in your note

  • The workflow bottleneck
  • Systems you already use
  • What “done” looks like
  • Any hard constraints (data, approvals)

If delivered software does not meet the agreed scope, we fix it. Upgrades outside that scope are quoted separately.
